Summer Reading Kickoff Festival

Richland Parish Library is hosting a community festival to kickoff our summer reading program! We'll have a petting zoo, food vendors, games, crafts, local artists, and an indoor cooldown area to get away from the heat. While you're cooling down in the library, you can also sign up for Summer Reading and start earning prizes for all ages!
