Do the Best That You Can

Dr. Latricia Lynette Kyle, a native of Tallulah, Louisiana, has been elected by her peers to serve on the Faculty Senate at Baton Rouge Community College (BRCC). The Faculty Senate plays a vital role in shared governance at BRCC, representing faculty in matters of academic policy, curriculum development, institutional planning, and campus-wide initiatives. In addition to her academic work, Dr. Kyle serves as Executive Director of The Do the Best That You Can, a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. 

She is the daughter of a military veteran and the proud mother of a son who served for seven years in the 1022nd Engineer Company in West Monroe, Louisiana. Her family’s tradition of military service reflects her own deep commitment to public good.  She also owns real estate property in Madison Parish, demonstrating her continued investment in the community where she was raised.
