JOB TITLE: HOUSEKEEPER

POSITION SUMMARY:
Mammoth Industries Inc. is seeking detail-oriented, dependable Housekeepers to ensure the cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation of guest rooms, communal facilities, and RV areas at Holly Ridge Lodge & RV Resort. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining high standards of hygiene and comfort for all lodge residents and guests, contributing directly to a safe and welcoming living environment for our workforce housing community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and RV park facilities according to company and health department standards.
• Replace linens, restock supplies, and maintain proper room presentation.
• Clean floors, windows, fixtures, and walls using approved cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
• Handle lost and found items according to Company policy.
• Assist in laundry operations, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with guests and team members.
• Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or janitorial experience (hospitality or workforce housing preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
