JOB TITLE: MAINTENANCE PROFESSIONAL
Location: Holly Ridge Lodge & RV Resort – Rayville, LA
Department: Facilities Operations
Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor
POSITION SUMMARY:
Mammoth Industries Inc. is seeking skilled and reliable Maintenance Personnel to perform routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility upkeep at Holly Ridge Lodge & RV Resort. The ideal candidate will contribute to the safety, functionality, and comfort of our workforce housing environment, ensuring all lodge and RV park facilities remain in excellent condition.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Perform general repairs on building structures, electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and appliances.
• Conduct preventative maintenance checks and maintain detailed records of work performed.
• Inspect facilities regularly for maintenance needs.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure proper operation, maintenance, and storage of tools and equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols, health standards, and building codes.
• Assist with groundskeeping and snow/ice removal as needed.
• Support lodge setup for special events
• Collaborate across all departments to ensure an optimal guest experience.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or related trades.
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to safely operate tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Flexible schedule availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
